Opis dužnosti:

Odgovornost za formiranje nabavne strategije
Odgovornost za formiranje prodajnog asortimana i planiranje količina trgovačke robe
Odgovornost za politiku kalkulacija Društva sa planiranjem pripadajućih zavisnih troškova
Odgovornost za ostvarenje planirane bruto marže Društva i planiranog koeficijenta obrtaja artikala
Odgovornost za definiranje asortimana artikala za maloprodajne akcije sa pripadajućim akcijskim kalkulacijama
Odgovornost za istraživanje tržišta nabave i konkurencije
Odgovornost za izradu plana financiranja nabave i suradnja sa sektorom financija na izradi ukupnog plana financiranja kompanije
Sudjelovanje u izradi prodajne strategije
Upravljanje zalihama na optimalan način
Pregovaranje sa najvećim dobavljačima – uspostava i planiranje opskrbnog lanca

Uslovi:

3 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama u retail usmjerenoj organizaciji
Obavezno znanje engleskog jezika
Vozačka dozvola „B“ kategorije
Izvrsne komunikacijske i pregovaračke vještine
Izvrsne vještine vođenja tima
Spremnost na preuzimanje odgovornosti spremnost na putovanja izvan BiH
Napredan nivo znanja rada u MS Excelu

Receipt and Inspection Clerk

Job description

Display the organization’s values in all actions and activities
Support the organizations strategy through effective and efficient Receiving processes and procedures.
Adhere to quality standards of the organisation relating the role.
Regularly report challenges, progress and successes to the Logistics Supervisor and Procurement Contracts Manager to ensure alignment and effectivity.
Preparation documentation and handling of the entire related paperwork.
Joint Inspection of all Inbound goods with SME (Subject Matter Expat).
Assist with warehousing, transportation and distribution of materials and supplies
Collation and archiving of documentation
Uploading reports on Share drive and maintaining files
Uploading of data into ERP System in accordance with GR (Good Receipts), Delivery Documents, Invoice, etc.
Maintain records of correspondence

Requirements 

SSS/VSS
Minimum 1 years of work experience at the same or similar positions.
Active computer knowledge with basic programmes (MS Office + WWW)
Active knowledge of English Language
Experience of working effectively in a team environment
Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities
The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time

Job description

Performs accurate and timely written translation of Departmental technical and administrative documentation inclusive of but not restricted to memorandums, reports, procedures, guidelines, meeting minutes, presentations, training materials, contracts and general formwork.
Provides interpretation services as required for the Geology Department, including but not restricted to internal and external meetings, site visits, tours, and presentations for and with Company staff and or external parties. External parties may include consultants, contractors, local community, government representatives, corporate staff and others.
Provide translation and organizational support during business trips by Management and Company personnel in and outside of Bosnia and Serbia. 
Provide administrative and office support to the Geology Department.
Arrange meeting facilities, materials and equipment.
Arrange travel itineraries for Geology team members.
Prepare and submit expense claim forms.
Complete data entry as required.
Coordinate monthly timesheet submissions.
Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, action lists and distribute in a timely manner.
General clerical duties including writing correspondence, tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, Department calendar management, meeting and event scheduling.
Coordinate with other department and contractor administrative staff to ensure effective communications between groups.
Coordinate with administration staff in other project locations i.e., Raska, Sarajevo, Tisovsci, Rupice.

Job requirements

Exceptional English speaking, reading, writing and comprehension skills.
Accredited Balkan-English technical translation Qualification is highly desired;
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration.
Demonstrated skills and knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as an advanced user.
Advantageous to have skills in MS Project and Visio.
Minimum 3 years working as an Administrative Assistant and or Translator.
High-level communication skills – able to communicate with people of different backgrounds.
Ability to deal effectively and patiently with people from different technical, cultural and organizational backgrounds.
A positive and responsible disposition with a “can do” attitude
