Receipt and Inspection Clerk

Job description

  • Display the organization’s values in all actions and activities
  • Support the organizations strategy through effective and efficient Receiving processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to quality standards of the organisation relating the role.
  • Regularly report challenges, progress and successes to the Logistics Supervisor and Procurement Contracts Manager to ensure alignment and effectivity.
  • Preparation documentation and handling of the entire related paperwork.
  • Joint Inspection of all Inbound goods with SME (Subject Matter Expat).
  • Assist with warehousing, transportation and distribution of materials and supplies
  • Collation and archiving of documentation
  • Uploading reports on Share drive and maintaining files
  • Uploading of data into ERP System in accordance with GR (Good Receipts), Delivery Documents, Invoice, etc.
  • Maintain records of correspondence

Requirements 

  • SSS/VSS
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience at the same or similar positions.
  • Active computer knowledge with basic programmes (MS Office + WWW)
  • Active knowledge of English Language
  • Experience of working effectively in a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time

Laboratorijski tehničar


U ime našeg klijenta, Adriatic Metals BH, kompanije koja se bavi razvojem i istraživanjem plemenitih i baznih metala, a  u čijem je vlasništvu svjetski razvijen polimetalni Projekat Vareš, Manpower BiH je u potrazi za motivisanim kandidatom koji će ispuniti poziciju: Laboratorijski tehničar

Opis dužnosti:
 

  • Priprema uzoraka: može uključivati prikupljanje uzoraka iz različitih izvora, uključujući prerađivački pogon, pripremu otopina i reagensa, te izvođenje svih potrebnih pripremnih radova.
  • Provođenje laboratorijskih testova: Tehničar provodi različite laboratorijske i metalurške testove koristeći precizne tehnike i prateći standardne procedure. To može uključivati hemijske analize, metalurške testove, mikrobiološke testove ili druge vrste eksperimenata.
  • Održavanje opreme
  • Dokumentacija rezultata: može uključivati pripremu izvještaja, unos podataka u bazu podataka ili laboratorijski informacijski sistem te arhiviranje dokumentacije u skladu s kvalitetom i sigurnosnim standardima.
  • Sigurnost i usklađenost: Uključuje pravilno rukovanje opasnim materijalima, pridržavanje protokola za kontrolu infekcija i usklađenost sa svim važećim propisima i smjernicama

Uslovi

  • SSS (hemijski tehničar, geološki tehničar, rudarski tehničar i drugo)
  • Do godinu dana iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • Vještine provođenja laboratorijskih eksperimenata i testova.
  • Vještine provođenja metalurških eksperimenata i testova.
  • Znanje o postupcima kalibracije i održavanja laboratorijske opreme.
  • Iskustvo s rješavanjem problema s laboratorijskom opremom.
  • Poznavanje sigurnosnih protokola za rukovanje opasnim materijalima u laboratoriji
  • Poznavanje praksi dokumentacije i vođenja evidencije u laboratoriju.
  • Sposobnost tačnog tumačenja i analize eksperimentalnih podataka.
  • Znanje o relevantnim propisima i standardima usklađenosti u laboratorijskom okruženju.

Mining and Health and Safety Training Facilitator

Mining and Health and Safety Training Facilitator(4 positions available-2 juniors/2 seniors) 

Job description
Safety

  • Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and environmental and social responsibility practices.
  • Adhere to Local Law and Adriatic Metals H&S Management System, agreed procedures, safeguards, and controls.
  • Conduct in-field safety interactions. 
  • Coaching others in effective Hazard identification and Controls application. 

Operating Discipline

1.    Material Development

  • Contribute to the development of training content within the approved Technical Training Framework as required. 
  • Prepare, update, and maintain appropriate knowledge assessments related to training content.
  • Ensure that training content are updated as conditions and procedures in the operating environment change to ensure up to date and relevant training content.
  • Maintain training and assessment content in LMS in accordance with internal standards and procedures.

2.    Content Delivers

  • Plan training sessions in accordance with annual training plan monthly completing the following activities:
  • Booking training participants on planned training courses in LMS
  • Arrange attendance with supervisors and inform participants.
  • Book training venues and arrange food and transport if required.
  • Prepare training materials.
  • Follow-up and ensure attendance.
  • Analyse learner feedback and propose improvements.
  • Deliver planned training content in a suitable format (E-Learning, Face to Face or in the workplace) meeting quality and approved delivery plan requirements.
  • Facilitate the verification of competence process underground as scheduled and planned.
  • Organize and monitor External Provider Training as per scope of work.

Record Keeping and Reporting

  • Update and maintain individual training matrixes.
  • Keep accurate and updated training records (training records for both internal and external training, attendance sheets, results of learner assessments, and learning program evaluations) in the Company Learning Management System.
  • Prepare feedback reports of progress against monthly and annual training plans for areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of training support equipment and assets.

Requirements 

  • VSS-Bachelor in Mining Engineering, OHS or other technical faculty.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in same or similar roles (for senior candidates)
  • Up to one year of experience for junior candidates 
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Substantial experience in health and safety, including a deep understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry preferred.
  • Previous training or teaching experience preferable
  • Excellent knowledge MS Office
  • Driving license B category

U ime našeg klijenta, Adriatic Metals BH, kompanije koja se bavi razvojem i istraživanjem plemenitih i baznih metala, a  u čijem je vlasništvu svjetski razvijen polimetalni Projekat Vareš, Manpower BiH je u potrazi za motivisanim kandidatom koji će ispuniti poziciju: Autoelektričar za teška vozila

Opis dužnosti:

  • Demonstiranje jasnog opredjeljenja za zdravlje i sigurnost na poslu, nastoji eliminisati ili kontrolirati rizik u radnom okruženju.
  • Djelovanje u skladu s AMBH postupcima, ekološkim politikama i regulatornim zahtjevima
  • Osiguravanje sigurnog radnog mjesta održavajući svu mehaničku opremu i infrastrukturu unutar Rupica
  • Dijagnostika, popravci, održavanje pokretnih mašina i mehaničke opreme u sklopu rudnika

Uslovi:

  • Kvalifikovani autoelektričar s više od 2 godine iskustva
  • Iskustvo u održavanju standardnih automibila ali i teških vozila/mašina je mandatorno
  • Validna vozačka dozvola
  • Osnovno poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Sposobnost obavljanja fizičkih poslova 
  • Spremnost na rad u timu

Exploration Geologist


On behalf of our client, Adriatic Metals BH, a company engaged in the exploration and development of precious and base metals, and the owner of the globally advanced polymetallic Vareš Project, Manpower BiH is seeking a motivated candidate to fill the position: Exploration Geologist

Job description
Assist with discovery focussed exploration on specific projects within the Raska project through:

  • Increased geological understanding of Raska and wider region
  • Developing good exploration targets with rigorous, but cost-effective testing and evaluation
  • Design and implement a variety of field exploration programs
  • Implements appropriate sample quality control measures
  • Communicating results, observations and recommendations to management
  • Development and mentoring of all direct reports
  • Participates in audits of sample collection, dispatch and data interpretation.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner with due regard to local community concerns
  • Expected to fully participate in geological mapping, drill core or chip logging, surface sampling, drill program execution, in addition to any supervisory responsibilities
  • Assisting in writing Annual and Final reports and Projects for Ministry of mining and energy. Preparing maps for reporting to relevant Ministry.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment in regard to safety and environmental and Social Responsibility practices.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (Geology) or related tertiary qualification.
  • Advanced use of various company & departmental systems
  • Computer knowledge:  achieve proficient knowledge and constant self-improvement of all aspects of geological and reporting software required
  • Practical application of geological interpretation.
  • Relevant field geology, technical and academic experience
  • Valid driving licence
  • Fulent in English
  • Willingness to relocate
