Receipt and Inspection Clerk

Job description

  • Display the organization’s values in all actions and activities
  • Support the organizations strategy through effective and efficient Receiving processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to quality standards of the organisation relating the role.
  • Regularly report challenges, progress and successes to the Logistics Supervisor and Procurement Contracts Manager to ensure alignment and effectivity.
  • Preparation documentation and handling of the entire related paperwork.
  • Joint Inspection of all Inbound goods with SME (Subject Matter Expat).
  • Assist with warehousing, transportation and distribution of materials and supplies
  • Collation and archiving of documentation
  • Uploading reports on Share drive and maintaining files
  • Uploading of data into ERP System in accordance with GR (Good Receipts), Delivery Documents, Invoice, etc.
  • Maintain records of correspondence

Requirements 

  • SSS/VSS
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience at the same or similar positions.
  • Active computer knowledge with basic programmes (MS Office + WWW)
  • Active knowledge of English Language
  • Experience of working effectively in a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
